Does anybody has the same Problem with the synchronisation of Versa and phone app?I installed the app new, restartet my mobile phone, resetted Bluetooth and still noch sync happening.
Well, the nice man from Amazon has just delivered the replacement Versa. Sync with my PC went fine, OS was updated and I'm now transferring 3 Gb of music files. Fingers crossed. I hope the HR monitoring is more accurate on the replacement, too.
THANK YOU! By clearing the cache on my iphone7 and restarting my phone and fitbit, I was finally able to transfer my music to my fitbit versa. It took a weekend to achieve this!! Much appreciated.
