I'm no longer getting notified that I have a text or email.. I just got my Versa and it worked great for a week .Please help .I've already paired and uninstalled the app several times

Hello @GabbyG26 since your most likely having phone issue, may I ask what type of phone you have?

As for the Charge 3 hold in the button to get to the quick settings and make sure notifications are turned on.

 

I'll also suggest looking at the fight help docs which has step by step instructions on what settings and permissions need to be set.
