Versa non responsive

I’ve tried everything that has been suggested here and nothing works.  Please help!! I love my Versa and am lost without it.

Recharged.. reset.. nothing.  Tried to update it, got half done and went black.

Hi @Majika , did you upgrade to the newest version? If yes, this can explain the problem you're experiencing now. A lot of Versa users have problems after the update. If your Versa is still under warranty, I would contact Customer Support. Regards kuzibri

Thank you for the reply.. I tried to update but it failed. My Fitbit is just over a year old so I’m guessing the warranty is over. 😞
