My versa won't sync my steps or any activity. I've tried restarting, deleting, re installing and nothing!! The time is even wrong on my watch.

I’m so disappointed and discouraged I have had to buy Fitbit 3 time. Always had problems after guaranteed expires. The 3rd Fitbit has before the guarantee expired. I know why do you keep buying the Fitbit. Because the Apple Watch is so much more expensive, but it would have been cheaper in the long run. My Fitbit while not stay synchronized .

You need to go to the fitbit.com dashboard and make sure your time zone is set properly in settings>personal info. Make sure your phones bluetooth is connecting to your versa as well. You may need to allow permissions for the Fitbit application also....none of this is a huge deal just takes a little looking and playing around sometimes.
