Versa not able to sync or bond

Hi. I've had a Versa since May 2018 - and had a lot of issues syncing to my Samsung S10. It has been on and off the entire time I've had the watch - and I am used to installing and uninstalling the watch almost weekly.

After finally managing to install the latest update it worked great for a while, but right now there is no connectivity. I have attempted to connect to my Android phone and it cannot find the watch.

I have tried re-starting the watch. Uninstalling the app on my phone. Re-starting the phone. In the past it has helped to unpair the watch and add it again - but this time it does not find the watch.

In Android, I cannot see the watch in my Bluetooth list. When trying to find the device in the Android app it says "Is your Versa powered on?". And it is. The previous days it even got to "Found it!" - but then the next step failed.

I was able to sync it to Windows 10 PC.

Thanks for any help.

No. Nothing is working. The app says No device connected. Since I got it I have had trouble connecting to WiFi in the app as well and cannot open wifi settings, it is just loading. The screen prompt Attempting to link when opening the app is also just loading, and never finishes. I can still not find thw device in my Bluetooth search either.

I'm unable to pair my Versa since the most recent Samsung OS update. The phone seems to detect the Versa but will not pair with it. Have tried everything in the Help article with no luck 😞
