Versa not charging or resetting

Hi All,

Very nervous poster here..

My 5 month old Versa is not charging or resetting after swimming yesterday in a 1 Metre pool.. 😱

When trying to charge the Versa it continues to display nothing and it is hot!

Anyone has this issue before?

Any  suggestions?

Hi @Kaylene99  It's ok to be nervous, but you did the right thing to come here. Time to get with customer support. Their phone number is (877)623-4997 between the hours of 4am-8pm PST Mon-Fri, and 6am-5pm PST on weekends, if you're in the USA.
