My versa charged when I first got it less than a month ago with my phone charger plugged into the wall power point. Now it won’t charge no matter what I plug it into, not very happy about that. Never had any trouble with my charge Fitbit.

Try cleaning the charging contacts on the charger and watch with an alcohol wipe and put the Versa on the charge and restart it several times and leave it charging. If that doesnt work you will need to contact Support (link in my signature) Let us know how you go

Hi! Check the other forums. You're not the only one. It also happened to me.
I suggest you do all the troubleshooting first.
(1) Clean the back of your fitibit. Dab alcohol and dry off the pins of the charger. Then try again.
(2) do a factory reset
(3) try charging in all kinds of charger (computer/laptop, walls and USB port)
I suggest you take a video as well for support.
If nothing happens, contact live chat support. Show the videos.
They sent me a charger replacement at first. I got it within the week. Nothing happened. I couldn't get past charging 1%. When I take it off the charger, it just dies. They're now sending me an overall replacement.
Other people in the forum said that they saw moisture at the back of the Versa after they had swam. By any chance, did you also use it in a pool?
