Versa not charging

My Fitbit Versa just stopped working yesterday. It completely shut off. When I got home, I put it on the charger and got it to turn back on but it won't charge. I've tried to clean everything off but it didn't work. If I take it off of the charger it turns completely off and won't come back on. The battery bar is at 0%. It has been on the charger for almost 24 hours and it is still at 0%.

Hi, contact Customer Support about this issue, seems to be a battery problem.
