My Versa battery went flat when I was out this morning and all day I have had it on charge and nothing is happening. I have tried holding all 3 buttons and it is totally unresponsive. I have tried different adaptors and computer with no difference. Can anyone help?
I emailed Fitbit and received their email receipt and I was told to reply but when I did reply, I had a message from my server to say it is undeliverable. This is just not acceptable

Thank you, I did so but am furious and hugely disappointed with Fitbit. They said I hd exhausted every effort to get it working but as my Versa is just out of the 1 year warrenty I should buy a new one! My feeling is they are not made to last and will certainly let it be known here. To spend so much money for my versa to last little more than a year is unacceptable. Sorry I am venting but it is so disgusting as this was very hard-earned money and I was dismissed so easily with a sorry for the invonvenience - it is far more than that to me.
