Versa not charging

I'm devastated. I live my Fitbit versa. However, last few weeks it only works when it is on the charging dock and dies soon after. At the moment it isn't charging at all! Please help!

1. Try to charge your device by following these steps including a restart: Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging?
