I bought a Fitbit Versa 2 just before Christmas and it worked great. Until I accidentally let it die. And then it would not charge again. I thought maybe something happened to the charger so I went out and bought a new one. It still would not charger. Then I emailed Fitbit support about a week and a half ago and they sent me a new Fitbit. I thought that would work. Nope still not charging. So I went out today to buy ANOTHER new charger and it only works while I’m pressing the sides of the charger and am holding my Fitbit at a certain angle. So I can’t just leave my Fitbit on the table to charge.
I’ve tried to reset it and that still doesn’t work!

Have you checked your power supply or socket? - or tested the charger in any other power sockets.
