Versa not charging

My Versa stopped charging and now doesn't turn on. Fitbit told me there is nothing they can do for me but offer 25% another product. My watch has no damage to it and it under 2 years old. I am disgusted in the customer service. Hoping someone else has a suggestion on how to fix the device or where to go for repairs

@JustW Have you tried rubing the contacts with alcohol and leaving on the charger for several hours to see if it comes on? Have you tried different chargers (Amazon sells 3rd party cheap)? Have you tried performing a factory reset using button (see below)? Finally are you in EU or AUS? The warranty is 2 years there.

  1. Press and hold all 3 buttons until Fitbit logo appears (this may take up to 3 minutes)
  2. Release the bottom right button
  3. Wait until you feel strong vibration and release the other buttons.

You may need to attempt the reset a few times to find the optimal times. Trying holding the buttons longer, as long as it's needed for the vibration to appear.

You can set up the watch back to the Fitbit account by following the instructions on this link: How do I set up my Fitbit device?
