I bought a versa a little inert a year ago and now it is not charging.
I'm afraid to buy a new charger and the problem not be with it.
How do I find out the the problem is with the watch or with the charger?

Do you have a friend with a versa? Try their charger and let them try yours.
Are find someone who has a volt meter, they will be able to test the charging cable.

I had this problem and did a reset by pressing the left hand and bottom right buttons simultaneously. Hold until the Fitbit logo appears and then put back on charge. Hope this helps.
