Has anyone had issues getting the Desktop FitBit Connect App to find your home WiFi network? i have bluetooth on my laptop and it is on. I can see my computer is connected to my home WiFi network and so is my iphone FitBit app for my Versa 2. Could this be related to all of our networks being 5G?

May I ask what phone you are on?

Your saying that your connected to WiFi. What error are you seeing?

Are you trying to connect your Versa to the WiFi?

I am trying to download music to my Versa 2 and the help section says I need to do that on my FitBit connect app on my PC. I can see my home WiFi network clearly on my WiFi network in my task bar on my PC, but when I try to connect to a network from the desktop FitBit connect app, no networks show up, so I can't connect to a network to download music. Why can I see both of our WiFi networks on my PC but none on the desktop FitBit connect app? I went to Manage my Networks and it never shows a network to connect to so the error just says trying to connect.

On the Fitbit app, your looking for WiFi that can be found by your versa..

Is the computer attached to the wanted WiFi?

Does the app have a good Bluetooth connection to the tracker?
