Versa not compatible with iPhone.

I recently bought my Versa special edition on 4/12/19 and the longer I use the more I realize it’s unfortunately not very compatible with my iPhone :((

Hope this issue can be resolved one day as I ❤️💚💙 Fitbit but sadly seems I must return and get an Apple Watch

I am having trouble with mine also. It does not do as the commercial with responding to text messages.

For some reason my fitbit has not been receiving text notifications from my iphone. First I had to continuously check my notifications settings and re-sync it to get the notifications to work. Now they have stopped working permanently. I already can't use the fitbit to reply to text messages so now that I can't even receive them anymore is inconvenient. I have had my fitbit for 5 months and I have been unhappy with it.

IO purchased my Versa 2 in early December. Often in the morning when I try to refresh Versa 2 on my iPhone 7Plus, it states No device found. It occurred when the watch was under 30 %. At first I thought uit was when the battery was low, so when I recharged it then the data would be updated. Once, when it was charged and not recognized, I re-downloaded the app. Today the battery was at 54% and all day it has not registered my Versa device.

What to do? I am so frustrated. When I had the smaller, older version it worked perfectly, so I was confident in upsizing to a larger, bigger model but the ease of tracking steps and sleep has been very frustrating.

This is incorrect information and I wish you’d pay more attention to what you give out.  Versa 3 is NOT comparable with Apple iPhone.  It seems the smart watch feature is only comparable with Android.  So it is not true that all Fitbits are compatible.  I do love Fitbit and I have Charger 2 and won’t update until (hopefully) you have a smart watch that works with an iPhone.  Come on Fitbit .. it is time.  I really don’t want to buy an Apple Watch but it looks like my patience will run out before Fitbit releases a version that is comparable with Apple.
