Versa not connecting to Note9

It's been 3 plus days of fighting with my versa to sync with my phone. I've tried restarting everything multiple times, nothing is working!

Hi @Lynner8810  The good news that the Note 9 is on the Supported Devices List so should work. Work through all the suggestions in THIS Help Article on syncing problems.
