I received my Versa for Christmas. I have a Galaxy S9+ phone. It worked for several days until I let the Fitbit completely die accidentally. Since, I can get it connected for a couple of minutes and then it won't sync and it loses connection. I have tried restarting the phone, the Fitbit, forcing stop in the app, removing and reinstalling the app, forgetting the pair and then trying to repair. This item was way too expensive to have to go through this much work everyday, multiple times per day. I love the style and feel of the watch, but I am extremely frustrated. Any ideas of what I can do?

I've had the same problem and have tried all the same things too. I ensured my phone was compatible and that I had all the updates everywhere. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the Versa in the FitBit app too. Nothing will keep this watch connected, and I struggle for 10 minutes each time to get it to reconnect. I love this concept, but will not keep this watch if there isn't a fix available. It's too expensive to have this many troubles.
