When I start a bike ride my Versa does not connect so I am not getting a record of the kilometres I have travelled or the map. What can I do to resolve this problem? It used to work.

I am having problem with my versa connecting also. Says that it doesn't have internet when it does, and i have had to do a factory reset on my watch and i have update my app and my phone and it still wont work. I dont know what it is doing.

Same. I done a factory reset today and spent 3hrs trying to get it to reconnect tried absolutely everything 😭
