The left half of my Fitbit Versa screen will not respond when I touch it. When I move to the right side it starts moving on it’s own. This has been happening for quite a few days and I cannot even set alarms anymore. I tried a factory reset and nothing has worked. Do you have a solution? Something I can do to fix this issue?

Notting you can do. It`s a firmware bug.

Is the screen clean?
Have you tried a restart. Press left and lower right buttons.

Did you get a fix for this? Mine has done the same! Won’t respond on left side and screen keeps flashing on/off .

I was in the middle of a workout and it just started buzzing constantly, it then went on to a coach workout without me pressing anything and I couldn’t exit that! Then realised it wasn’t responding on left hand side, tonight it keeps randomly going through passcodes on the screen. It’s still counting steps at present but can’t do anything else. I use mine to control my music on my iPod as I’m a fitness instructor ( thankfully not using it for that at minute.) thanks for replying.
