Hi guys not sure if anyone can help, my Versa has just suddenly stopped syncing, it's not connecting to my Iphone, I've tried all the usual restarting Versa, restarting Iphone, taking Bluetooth off an on and no luck. The time is now out on my Versa as well. It was connecting when I had them both charging and then the time would rectify as well but now not even that's working, am I going to need to buy a new Versa?? Anybody else having problems?

Mine has been like this for 3 weeks now. I have tried everything to get it working but to no avail. Never buying fitbit again.

Thanks, I've even tried deleting the app and reinstalling it but that doesn't even make any difference, no idea what to do now, so frustrating! 😥

Mine started doing this same thing yesterday. Now there is a firmware update today but I can’t get it to update. Tried both my iPhone and android tablet.

My update was on the 17th August and has made no difference whatsoever. Hope you have better luck.

Yes same here, I can't get my Versa to connect with my Iphone so can't download the update! 😒
