Lately my versa 2 has been having troubles just syncing sometimes even resetting the versa and turning the blue tooth on an off wasn’t enough. Even reinstalled the app still not connecting. So I disconnected the versa 2 of my Fitbit account. But now when it is searching for a Fitbit to connect it. It says it’s found it and then it gets stuck, sometimes I can put the numbers in to set the connection but right after that it’s stuck and just doesn’t connect anymore.
So I tried my other phone incase it was the Bluetooth on the first phone but it’s still doing the same.
restarting the Fitbit over and over again too nothing is working and I am getting really really fed up with it.
Really hope someone can help me out. Thank you

Two phones can be a problem for setup.
Try removing the Bluetooth entries and turn off Bluetooth on every thing except the watch and your phone.
Restart the watch and try again to setup, making sure the watch is on the charger and near the phone.

Sortt try might have been unclear as it wasn’t connecting to the one I tried to connect to a different phone with ofcourse the Bluetooth being off of the other one. But it still isn’t working sadly.

Did you restart both watch and phone and noone has another watch near you.
