Hello
I have owned my versa around a year. It stopped recording steps and tracking sleep in early December 2019. This happened once before but ended up rectifying itself after around 3 weeks or so. It has now been more than 2 months. I have restarted the device a number of times and also done a factory reset which has not solved the problem.
Please help. Its basically just a watch at the moment!
