Versa won't turn on

Not impressed with the life of the fitbit Versa. Died after one year of use and Fitbit says no longer under warranty. Insane!

Did love the ease of use when tracking workouts, steps, heart rate as well as the community itself but a heart rate monitor/smart watch that dies after only one year of non-extreme use with a company that won't stand by their product leaves a very bitter taste in my mouth. I work with a lot of outdoorsy people and will be telling everyone I know to seriously think about going with another company.  FYI... died while I was in a movie theater not doing anything crazy or active.

@PhxNomad, I apologize for the late response. However, it's great to see you in our Fitbit forums.

I'm sorry to hear that your Fitbit Versa went blank that you were told that it's no longer under warranty. The warranty period is good for 365 days, starting from the day of first setup.

I totally understand how you feel about this and we really appreciate your feedback and comments since this helps us to keep improving.

I'll be around if any question arises.
