I have been up and down my stairs several times yesterday (when i received my new watch) and today, and steps are counting but not them floors that i am going up and down on. any ideas why this will not count and sync?
I live in a townhouse with 3 flights of stairs and work in a building with 4 flights of stairs. My brand new Fitbit Luxe is telling me 0 floors for every day I’ve had it so far. I just tried going up all the flights of stairs in my townhouse in a row, checking my Fitbit synced, and still nothing. How do I get it to register all the floors I am doing every day?
I just got a new Versa 2 yesterday and went for a hilly 4mile outdoor run today then got home and climbed back up to my house three stories up from the driveway and yet my fitbit is showing zero stairs. The steps are accurate but how do I have no floors registered?
This one is supposed to count them and even has flights of stairs on the display, of course the display always says zero since that function isn’t working. Any other thoughts?
I contacted FitBit customer service and they confirmed that my new model doesn't count flights of stairs and there is no way to update the app. If it had not been a gift from my daughters, I would have returned it.
My Versa 3 counted flights of stairs for about a week then never worked again. It registers 0 flights no matter what I do. I tried to get help through Fitbit, but nothing worked. I probably should have returned it under warranty but I like the way everything else works and just kept it, although I'm still a bit upset that I paid for a function that I should have but don't. Oh well.
