Versa not counting floors

My versa hasn’t been counting floors for a few weeks now. I’ve done the reset thing by holding down the butting for 10 seconds several times but it still isn’t counting. Any other ideas?

Your fitbit tracks floors by measuring changes in air pressure through a small hole in the back of the fitbit. If this hole becomes blocked then it can cause this problem.

Try cleaning it with, for example, an old toothbrush or a can of compressed air. Don't poke anything into the hole though as this can cause more problems.

@Ajamu  Do you have a Versa or Versa Lite?  You tagged your post "Versa Lite".  If you have a Versa Lite, it does not track floors.
