My versa wont register my steps when i walk. If i jump it counts that but. lt what im walking. Also ive restarted it several times,charged it fully and switched clock faces Help!

Have you tried walking for 100 steps and then checking your Versa to see how many it's registered? We can then work out how much its under counting by.
You could also try changing the wrist placement setting from dominant to non dominant to see if that makes any difference.

Yes ive had this one since mothers day its just today it suddenly doesnt wanna record the steps. I just walked 100 steps and nothing and ive switched the hand its on and everything idk what it is

@Jess9200 I think you may perform a hard reset (reset to factory defaults). Please sync your tracker first as hard reset will wipe your data. To perform factory reset, go to Settings on your tracker, scroll down to About and tap on Factory Reset.
