Versa not fully functional

Having received my versa second hand from a friend i have been unable to successfully set up and notifications or apps e.g. spotify. I believe this may have something to do with the versa being stuck of firmware version 32.32.19.12 🤔 i just want to set up the versa so i can use some of its functions!

Hello @Sophiex0x3x7 and welcome to the Help forum.  How long has it been since you set up your Versa?  It usually takes 24-48 hours after a device is activated to get a firmware update.  If you are several updates out of date, it might take more than one update to get you current.  I "gifted" an Ionic to my husband and it was 7 updates out of date.  One update got him halfway there and the other got hime current.
