Versa not getting charged

After battery completely dried . Versa watch not getting charged , it is just 6 months watch. I can not get whether watch is problem or charger has problem.

@gyanendra, welcome to our Fitbit Community. I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since it won't take a charge.

 

I'd like to know if your watch vibrates when you put it on the charger.

 

In the meantime, please try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. After this, charge your watch for 2-3 hours and see if the issue gets fixed.
