Hello - i have reset the phone and Versa and turned notifications on and off..  the notification come though onto the phone, but it just says "new message" and I cannot actually read it?

 

I am on a oneplus...

Let me help you with your Versa notifications. Which phone are you using (you don't mention the model of the OnePlus)? Is it compatible? You can try the following:

 

  • Go to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there.
  • Restart your phone and restart your device.
  • Also, if you are using an Android device, check that your app has the necessary permissions (settings > apps > Fitbit > permissions) and make sure bluetooth and location services (GPS) are on.
  • You can find additional suggestions here.
  • Make sure the messenger app can show the content when the screen is locked.
