It's just a few days that I got fitbit versa. And it's exactly how many days I'm fighting with this device. It looses connection to my cell, which means I do not get notifications for calls or texts constantly. Doesn't sync automatically (I did check settings, its set to do it automatically all the time, settings for all notifications are on).
I rebooted phone, Bluetooth, fitbit in all possible variations. It connects, works for 1 or 2 notifications, but in and hour it stops getting notifications. I didn't separate fitbit from my cell, it stays within each other on the same table. It's annoying. I went through all message boards and the only solution is to reboot. That's not a solution. I got all updates. (Samsung 9+)
I'm ready to return it. Help!

@vishinka welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since it's not connecting to your phone and not getting notifications properly. By the way, thank you for troubleshooting this issue before contacting our forums.
Please make sure that your phone has the most recent Fitbit app version installed. If the app is up to date, please try setting up your Versa from scratch. After this, turn on the notifications and monitor your Versa in order to see if it syncs and gets notifications properly.
As a side note, I'd like to share this help article, which contains tips to troubleshoot this type of issues. It contains the restart process but you can skip it since you already tired it.
