Before going to bed Versa was working. I expected it to wake me up with my normal alarm. In the middle of the night, when I randomly woke up, I noticed it was off, so I took it off thinking it died. When I woke up, I thought it was odd, because I never got a notification that my Versa had a low battery. Regardless, I put it on the charger. It started up and said 0% battery and started charging and came back on. I let it charge a while, and I started getting my phone notifications on it. I thought everything was fine with it. I went to take it off the charger, and the Versa was turned back off again. I've cleaned it. I've tried pressing down all buttons at the same time for at least 5 minutes. I've tried pressing the left button down for a while. I've tried pressing the left button and the right bottom button down. I've done it ALL.
Bad thing is, the Fitbit was a gift and the receipt was thrown away, so I cannot send it in... What can I do? I absolutely love my watch and feel weird without it. Plus, I use it at the gym EVERYDAY!

Let me help you with your Versa screen and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. Do you see the back lights working or is the device not working at all? Try changing the clock face to a different one (preferably use a Fitbit clock face). And try these suggestions if the device isn't charging.
