My Versa has gone dark. My App shows that my watch is fully charged, yet the screen shows nothing. Is it possible that I accidentally turned the brightness all the way down or turned it off??if so, what do I need to do to fix it?

Let me help you with your Versa screen. You can't turn off the screen (although you can check the brightness level). Try restarting your Versa and changing the clock face.
