Versa not getting notifications

I haven't been able to get any text/phone notifications to my versa for about 3 weeks. It also doesn't sync to my apps that I have it on for access (mind body, weight watchers, etc.) I've tried updating my phone and the app to no avail. 😞 Not really critical now but when I go back to work soon it's nice to have the notifications.  Please help!

Please try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. After this, monitor the notifications feature and see if the issue gets fixed.
