Versa not getting notifications

I haven't been able to get any text/phone notifications to my versa for about 3 weeks. It also doesn't sync to my apps that I have it on for access (mind body, weight watchers, etc.) I've tried updating my phone and the app to no avail. 😞 Not really critical now but when I go back to work soon it's nice to have the notifications.  Please help!
