I purchased a versa last week, set up and worked fine. A few hours later my notifications, text messages stopped coming through. I have an error message that prompts me to restart my phone. I do, sometimes it will work for maybe an hour then stop. Other times it won't fix the issue at all. I've spoken with the Fitbit chat twice they advise there is an issue they're working on. I've tried every troubleshooting suggestion, cleared my device to factory settings even and reinstalled it and nothing. It's frustrating as like I said it's a week old, I'd hate to think I spent all the money for a product that dsnt work.
