I have an iPhone 11 Pro Max, I have enabled everything that needs to be, I have unconnected and reconnected to blue tooth and done all the troubleshooting that I could find online with no avail!! HELP!

Please follow the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. After this, monitor your watch and see if it receives notifications properly.
