Versa not showing notifications

My Versa will not show any notifications. I have done complete resets, unpaired & re-paired & every other step suggested. Any other ideas? I have used Fitbit since 2013 but if this doesn't resolve I will not be using Fitbit devices any longer!

Finally, monitor your watch for the next 24 hours and see if the issue gets fixed.
