I receive phone and email notifications on my versa, but no texts. I have an iPhone 8 paired with my Versa.

@Liz217 welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since it's not getting text notifications from your iPhone 8.

 

I'd like you to try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. After this, monitor the text notifications and see if they are received properly.

The problem persists. I went through this long list of steps and I still:

1) DO RECEIVE NOTIFICATIONS for phone calls and emails

2) DO NOT RECEIVE NOTIFICATIONS for text messages

 

Now what?!
