Versa not getting text notifications

My watch no longer sends me a notification when I get a text message. It used to with my old one. (Still have the same style, just had to get a new one because of glitches)  My emails still come through. Is this something new with the watch or can I just not figure out what button to push?

@Shellhead it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since it won't receive text notifications.

 

In order to fix this issue, I'd like you to try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. After this, double check that the notifications are enabled and see if the issue gets fixed.
