Versa not getting text or call notifications

I've noticed for a while now that my Versa isn't getting calls or text notifications to it. I have a Samsung Galaxy s10(before upgrading from the s8 in August, I never had any problems). I updated the software on my s10 Dec.13th and just before the update I started to notice the notifications weren't coming through. My watch won't let me get text or call notifications. I called customer care January 12th and I was told that since December 5th there's been technical issues and their engineers are working on it. 7 weeks later they're still working on it??? I have spoke with help support 2 separate times and they walked me thru a lot of steps to make sure it wasn't a simple issue. Here I am still waiting on it to start back working right. I'm to the point of trashing my Fitbit and getting a Samsung watch. Help before I do that!!!

Hi @MrsSloPok I understand problems can be very frustrating, but you have all the answer you are going to get from Fitbit - they are working on it. There is nothing you can do untill they sort out the issue. Whether you buy a different brand or not is entirely up to you, but be assured all brands have their issues!

@MrsSloPok: Double-check to make sure "do not disturb" isn't on.  Mine was (have no idea how it happened) and once I turned it off, my notifications started coming through.  It's under the Quick Settings you access when you swipe down on the home screen (Quick Settings icon looks like slider controls).  The DND is the first one, circle with a horizontal line in it.  Should be unselected.

@NellyG You are absolutely right. I know they're working on it and patience is needed but patience is not my strong suit. Hopefully they'll get it working like it should be. Thank you.
