Versa not updating

So I’ve just spent £160 on a Fitbit. I have tried everything to get this thing to update but it just refuses to work. It gets all the way to the end on the download then I get a nice big red X on my Fitbit and the download starts again. Please can someone help me. I bought one yesterday but this kept happening so I returned that one and picked up this one. Still the same issue. I don’t understand how this isn’t working...
