Versa won't sync after initial sync with Honor Play

I set up my versa to my honor play yesterday and initially its recognised the versa etc, but now it won't sync. I've tried everything recommended

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and sharing that your Versa won't sync with your Honor Play after the initial sync. Thank you for your troubleshooting efforts.
