My Fitbit Versa will not last a day on a full charge. I've only had it for 3 months it use to last up to 4 days.

Try restartingnit several times and see if that improves the battery life. Here are some tips on looking after your lithium ion battery too

Hi I’m having same issues as this Fitbit user too 😞 I have tried the advice given and read the forum information and web links, I’m not at a loss as to what happens next. 😞 my Fitbit is 6 months old and I rely on it . Any suggestions pls 🙂

I am having the same problem, I think it relates to level of battery charge.... once it is below approx 70% the HR is wildly inaccurate, and hence all other relevant stats. For example one day it calculated I had burnt 4500 calories!!!!. Unfortunately Fitbit are very unforthcoming, and cannot offer any solutions except to tell me repeatedly to “keep enjoying my Fitbit”. I have jumped through every hoop, reset, reboot, trial and tribulation...Even completed a battery assessment by fully charging and then switching off all functions. Battery lasted 3 and a bit days.... they confirmed that the battery was lasting below the expected 4 days, but nevertheless said this was fine and hope I carried on enjoying my essentially non functional Fitbit. It is currently just a quite expensive time piece! 😤 I would be grateful if anyone has any solutions. It was purchased in August, so it should be under warranty but Fitbit do not appear to want to do anything except tell me they know about the problem and are “ working on it”. I am now at least 6 weeks in with no solution. ...? Trading standards, consumer rights, any other ideas?

Hi omg I can see your frustration!
I haven’t had any real issues with Fitbit so far and my battery issues have only just really started, I only contacted them this evening.. I got the email to do the factory restore which is impossible as it’s on a dock so you can’t place it on the dock and hold the buttons at the same time?? I have switched off all the battery draining functions? And I agree with you entirely the whole point is to have the functions so you can check on your health and it should be able to update you if you receive a text or call ..
i have a case no and will actually call someone tomorrow instead of the live chat ..
mine is 6months old so I will speak to them and see where I go from there.. I hope you get your issues sorted it is very disheartening tho ! I’ll keep you posted if that’s ok ? 🙂

Hi after I managed to do the factory reset took me ages tho bit managed it in the end. Battery still poor I called Fitbit this morning spoke to someone direct and they could see that I have followed all the instructions via the email they sent and that my battery was still under performing . Also after I did the factory reset my touch screen stopped working so I have a second issue too! Anyways they are sending me a replacement I’m waiting for the email ail so I can request a new one. So my issue was sorted in 24 hours 🙂 hope you get your issue sorted soon.

Funny that I did vice versa got rid of my apple as I had connection issues and their fitness side of things was way off in terms of accuracy of stats ! I find Fitbit much better for their stats and being true to form.
I am pleased that they are replacing my versa but having said that it is only 6months old.
Hope you get on well with your Apple Watch .. 🙂
