Versa not holding charge

Since last Thursday my fitbit versa has gone from holding charge for 4 days to holding it for approx 20 hours. I see some of you have mentioned that there was an app update last week and have experienced problems with the charge since then. Does anyone know if this is being looked into or if a resolution is imminent?

Screw the run around. Just call customer service at 1 (877) 623-4997. their customer service is amazing.

I think the latest app v3.3.1 has fixed the battery issue.

Hi, that's the version that is on my phone since last week when the problem started.

Oh, my problem started with v3.3 but it was fixed with v3.3.1.
