Have had Fitbit versa for over a year with no issues and excellent battery life (multiple days). Now will not hold a charge for more than 6 hours. Watch says 100% and then dead within hours. Haven’t changed any settings or notifications. Help!

Hi @KatieLynn44 Try restarting the Versa several times and also try a factory reset (settings app on the watch and scroll cown to About). If they dont help it sounds like it has died. Contact Support and seenifnthey are able to help.

Regarding the battery draining issue that your Versa is experiencing, I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they contacted you via email recently and provided some instructions.
Please check out your email account and reply to their email in case the steps don't fix the issue and they'll be happy to follow up.

Thank you for reaching out. I was instructed to do a battery life test but unfortunately the Versa will no longer take any charge and is now dead. Bummer.
