Versa not keeping correct time

For the last week my Fitbit is not keeping the time correctly. And I use it for my watch all day. This is a problem especially when I’m teaching and trying to stay on schedule. I’m having to constantly update it on the app to get the time back to correct. Also, it’s having a hard time syncing. So even that isn’t happening quickly. It’s not even a year old yet!

A warm welcome to the Community, @74irishgirl.

Thanks for troubleshooting this time issue. I would like to know what type of clock face are you using? Have you checked if your Fitbit app and watch are updated?.

Keep in mind that your watch needs to be constantly syncing in order to keep the correct time. If you are having syncing issues, I recommend trying the steps in the article: Why won't my Fitbit device sync?.

Let me know how it goes. 🙂

I have a digital clock face. I updated my Fitbit App this morning in case that was the problem. Still having issues syncing.

This is a new problem in the last week.

I shouldnt have to sync my app multiple times a day to keep the time on my watch correct.

I have been having the same problem! Either not keeping time correctly or not syncing or both. And everything is up to date on mine too.
