Versa not keeping time or syncing

My 8 month old Versa has recently started losing time.  The time usually corrects when I manage to sync the watch but that is getting more and more difficult.  I have tried all the tips people suggest for getting sync to work correctly....turning Bluetooth off & on again, turning phone off & on again, uninstalling and reinstalling the app, disconnecting and reconnecting the watch from my app....I even did a factory reset.  But nothing makes the watch keep the correct time for long or ensures the watch will sync with the app.  Oh and I have also tried making sure I have a Fitbit watch-face so that I know its not the watch-face that is causing the issue.  I am beginning to lose patience as it's pointless having a smartwatch that doesn't show the correct time and doesn't sync with my phone or tablet.  Anyone got any suggestions of what I can do next?

I'm having the EXACT same issue.  I had a Flex for years.  It stopped syncing. So I thought it would be a good time to upgrade.  I got the Versa literally just 2 months ago.  I work multiple jobs and one of them I really can't check my phone so I thought it would be beneficial to just be able to glance at my wrist and see if I need to answer (boss, family emergency, etc).  It's NEVER reliably received notifications (I'd get off work, check my phone and have multiple texts and stuff I never got notifications for).  It would work for a couple of hours, then nothing.  I've reinstalled the app more times than I can count, I've unpaired, re-paired, unsynced, resynced, cut off bluetooth, cut on bluetooth, cut the Versa on and off - all of this countless times.  I even did a factory reset on my phone a few days ago hoping a fresh install would fix it - nope. It's gotten worse. No notifications. The time is always wrong. I'm getting extremely frustrated.
