I have had my versa for roughly 2 years, the last couple of weeks I have noticed it is starting to lose time, it will be ok when I sync it for a little while but then slowly starts losing time, anybody have any idea why

@Joe-joe welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since it doesn't keep the correct time even though you have synced previously.
Please restart your Versa as described in this help article. After this, make sure that the device you sync your watch with, has the correct time as well. After this, sync your Versa one more time and see if the issue gets fixed.
