Versa not logging active minutes

says that i've done 0 mins activity today but by this time of the day i've usually done 100 minutes from walking... anyone else having this issue?

 

not logging on the watch or the app.

@NinaMich Depending on the intensity of your walk those 100 minutes might not have counted as Active Minutes. You need an intensity of at least 3METs. Please read this help article to learn more.
