Versa not manually syncing

Hi there, I have had my Versa for two weeks now. I have switched off my notifications, all day sync, always connected and keep alive widget to conserve battery. My phone is a Samsung S8, Android v8. Everyday or every other day, I will manually sync my watch with the app on my phone just as how I did with my other Fitbit watches, (I have a Blaze, Charge HR 2, Charge HR, and they have no problem with manually syncing every few days) The manual sync does not seem to work. I am having to uninstall and reinstall the app and restart my watch each time I am trying to manually sync. Please provide me with tips on how to conserve/prolong battery life without having the need to turn on all day sync, always connected and keep alive widget and having to uninstall and reinstall the app and restart my watch each time I manually sync. Do you have more than one fitbit attached to your account? 

Not knowing what phone your having a problem with, could it be an android device? 

Is this the problem your having?
