I was using my Versa in the pool and my wrist hit the edge of the pool. My Versa screen cracked!
Can I get it replaced or fixed?
My Versa has been so helpful in my recovery from ACL surgery, and I use it constantly. It is a wonderful product!

I believe if it is under warranty, Fitbit might replace it. The warranty is usually 45 days if you bought it directly from Fitbit. If you bought it from a third-party retailer, you will need to check their warranty policy.
In any case, it might be worth getting in touch with Support to see if there is anything they can do for you.
